15 minute mark

October 16th, 2007 by Robert

I upped my daily meditation to 15 minutes. I started out at 8 minutes a day, then 10, then 12, and now 15. I really enjoy it. I don’t know if I’m doing it right, but I really enjoy it. If I had to describe what it felt like, I would say it was sort of like a very quiet and peaceful adrenaline rush. Yeah, that’s the best I can do…sorry.

Anyways, I plan on buying these books next:

ummmmmmmmm………didn’t we discuss this? You forgot to mention that it is better technique to inhale through the nose and exhale out the mouth.

    How is weight lifting going?

I actually have a new technique where I breathe through my ears. I find it’s more efficient.

Weight lifting is going good. Still three days a week, but I’m constantly adding new exercises.

There are so many sites that offer FREE routines or strength training moves. Have you been using the bag? Chris uses this 6 week shoulder plan and you really see results fast….if you are intrested let me know?

I stopped hitting the bag for the time being because it shakes my house. Since I’m attached to another condo, I have to assume it shakes their hourse too. Oops! So i’ve been doing other warm up cardio before I lift.

You’ll have to tell me about this shoulder plan Chris is on next time I see you. It sounds interesting. What I really need though, is to build up my chest.
